Parent and Family Support

Parenting young children can feel overwhelming, especially when behavior feels confusing, intense, or hard to respond to in the moment.

This support offers a space to reflect on what’s happening at home and to understand your child’s behavior within the context of your relationship and daily life.

In sessions, we look at real moments from your family life, reflect together on what’s going on, and explore ways of responding that feel more connected and sustainable.

This is not therapy or behavior coaching. It is individualized, relationship-based support that centers your experience as a parent and the relationship you are building with your child.

Parenting Partner for Pregnancy and Postpartum

The transition into motherhood begins long before birth and continues well into the postpartum period.

This support offers space to reflect, prepare for change, and process the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.

Sessions focus on real questions and lived experiences — during pregnancy or after birth — helping you make sense of this transition and strengthen early connection in ways that feel grounding and supportive.

This work is rooted in an understanding of matrescence: the profound transformation that occurs as you become a mother. Support is offered without pressure, expectation, or judgment, meeting you where you are.

IECMH Consultation

Supporting young children’s emotional development within programs requires ongoing reflection, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

I provide Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation for early childhood programs and organizations working with young children and families. This ongoing, collaborative support centers reflective practice and relational understanding within teams.

Consultation may include observation, reflective meetings, shared goal-setting, coaching, and collaboration with program staff to support best practices and promote young children’s emotional well-being within their everyday environments.

Reflective Consultation

Caring for infants, young children, and families is meaningful — and often deeply demanding.

Reflective supervision and consultation offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for professionals working with young children and families to slow down and reflect on the emotional and relational impact of the work.

This work provides a place to be supported as a whole person, strengthening self-awareness, empathy, and sustainability over time.

01

Make sense of what’s going on

We start by talking through what’s been happening and slowing things down enough to understand it more clearly—for your child and for you.

02

See your child differently

As we look more closely, patterns start to come into focus. You begin to understand what your child may be communicating and what they need in those moments.

03

Respond in new ways

From there, we work with real-life situations—helping you respond in ways that feel more steady and more in line with how you want to parent.

Relationship-Based Support

Understanding what’s happening between you and your child

Parenting young children is deeply relational work.

So much of it happens in the moments between you and your child, how you respond, how they react, and the patterns that take shape over time.

I work alongside you to slow these moments down and make sense of what’s happening, so things feel more steady and connected.
