  • Is This Only For Moms?
Not at all. This space is for any parent or caregiver—moms, dads, grandparents, foster or adoptive parents, or anyone navigating early parenthood. All are welcome.
  • What Age Children Do You Work With?
I work with families during pregnancy and from birth through age five. If your child is a bit older, reach out—we’ll talk about what you need and whether this is a good fit.
  • Who Is Baby and Me For?
Baby and Me is for anyone navigating the wild, wonderful, and often overwhelming early years of parenting. Whether you're expecting a baby, home with a newborn, or chasing a busy toddler—if you’re needing a little extra support, you're in the right place. This is a space for parents who are figuring it out as they go (because aren’t we all?), and want to feel a little more grounded, connected, and understood along the way.
  • I'm Pregnant- Can I Still Reach Out?
Absolutely. Pregnancy is a powerful time of change. Whether you're feeling excited, anxious, or somewhere in between, we can work together to help you feel grounded before baby arrives. I've written a lot about the concept of Matrescence, check it out!
  • My baby cries a lot / won’t sleep / is hard to soothe—can you help?
Yes. We’ll explore what your baby might be trying to tell you, and I’ll help you find ways to respond that feel doable, compassionate, and effective. Unlike other "methods" or "products," we'll navigate this together. You know your child best, I'll support that relationship and ensure individualized care.
  • What Kind of Support Do You Offer?
I support your emotional well-being as a parent and your relationship with your child. That might include: Coping with anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm Understanding your baby’s cues and behaviors Navigating sleep, feeding, or development changes Processing birth trauma or postpartum challenges Strengthening your bond during tough moments
  • What If I'm Struggling With Postpartum Depression Or Anxiety?
You are not alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk through what you’re experiencing and find ways to reconnect—with yourself, your baby, and your support system. If you need immediate help, you can call 1-833-TLC-MAMA
  • What Makes Baby and Me Different From Therapy?
This isn’t traditional therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, but I do offer emotional and relational support. Think of it as a trusted companion who understands the messy, meaningful early years of parenting.
  • I Don’t Know How To Explain What I Need. Is That Okay?
Absolutely. You don’t need to have the right words. We can start with whatever you're feeling, and I’ll help you make sense of it from there.
  • How Do I Get Started?
Just reach out through my contact form or email. We’ll schedule a free call to talk about your needs, answer your questions, and see if this feels like the right fit.
  • What If I'm Already Working With Early Intervention?
That’s great—Early Intervention is an important support. My work is different but complementary, focused more on your emotions, relationships, and how parenting is feeling for you. Families can certainly benefit from both.
  • Do I need A Diagnosis or Referral?
No referral is needed. You don’t need a diagnosis or for something to be “wrong” to reach out. This support is here for everyday parenting ups and downs.
  • Can My Partner or Support Person Join?
Yes. Partners, co-parents, and support people are welcome. We’ll talk together about what works best for your family.
  • How Will I Know How Long I’ll Need Support?
There’s no set timeline—every family’s needs are different. Some families find just a few sessions helpful during a specific season, while others choose to continue for longer. We’ll check in regularly to see how things are feeling and make decisions together about what kind of support (and how much) is right for you. You’re always in control of the pace and length of our work.
  • How Long Are Sessions?
Sessions are flexible and shaped around your needs. Some families prefer shorter check-ins, while others benefit from longer, more in-depth time together. Sessions typically range from 45 to 90 minutes and can happen weekly, biweekly, or as needed. We’ll talk about what feels supportive and realistic for you, and adjust as we go.
  • Do You Take Insurance?
I don’t bill insurance at this time. However, I’m committed to making support accessible, and I offer a range of price points to fit different family needs. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available—please don’t hesitate to ask. We can talk together about what works best for your family.
  • What Do Sessions Look Like?
It depends on what you need. Some sessions focus on conversation and reflection—just you and me talking through what’s going on. Others might involve observing and working with you and your child together, exploring your connection and daily routines. There’s no script—we follow your goals, your comfort level, and what feels most helpful in the moment.
  • Where Does This Take Place?
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, depending on what works best for your family. Whenever possible, I prefer to meet in person—usually in your home or a comfortable community space—because this work is deeply relational and benefits from being together in real life. That said, virtual sessions are also available if they’re a better fit for your needs or schedule.
