Your Partner in Parenting
I provide compassionate support, guidance, and evidence-based services for parents, families, and professionals. My mission is to help children and caregivers thrive through expert consultation, personalized developmental support, and a holistic approach to early childhood well-being.
What Parent And Family Support Offers
This support centers understanding rather than fixing. Sessions are shaped by your child, your relationship, and the real moments you’re navigating at home. Together, we slow things down and reflect on what might be happening beneath behavior and big emotions, so responses can feel more connected, grounded, and sustainable over time.

This is relationship-based, developmentally informed support that honors the complexity of early childhood and parenting. It is not therapy or behavior coaching, and it does not follow a preset program or set of strategies.

Services
Parent and Family Support
Parenting young children can feel overwhelming, especially when behavior feels confusing, intense, or hard to respond to in the moment.
This support offers a space to reflect on what’s happening at home and to understand your child’s behavior within the context of your relationship and daily life.

In sessions, we look at real moments from your family life, reflect together on what’s going on, and explore ways of responding that feel more connected and sustainable.

This is not therapy or behavior coaching. It is individualized, relationship-based support that centers your experience as a parent and the relationship you are building with your child.

Parenting Partner for Pregnancy and Postpartum
The transition into motherhood begins long before birth and continues well into the postpartum period.
This support offers space to reflect, prepare for change, and process the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.

Sessions focus on real questions and lived experiences — during pregnancy or after birth — helping you make sense of this transition and strengthen early connection in ways that feel grounding and supportive.

This work is rooted in an understanding of matrescence: the profound transformation that occurs as you become a mother. Support is offered without pressure, expectation, or judgment, meeting you where you are.

IECMH Consultation
Supporting young children’s emotional development within programs requires ongoing reflection, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
I provide Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation for early childhood programs and organizations working with young children and families. This ongoing, collaborative support centers reflective practice and relational understanding within teams.

Consultation may include observation, reflective meetings, shared goal-setting, coaching, and collaboration with program staff to support best practices and promote young children’s emotional well-being within their everyday environments.
Reflective Consultation
Caring for infants, young children, and families is meaningful — and often deeply demanding.
Reflective supervision and consultation offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for professionals working with young children and families to slow down and reflect on the emotional and relational impact of the work.

This work provides a place to be supported as a whole person, strengthening self-awareness, empathy, and sustainability over time.

Preparing for the transition
into parenting
Pregnancy is often a time of thinking ahead—about the kind of parent you want to be and what this transition will bring.
You’re starting to think about how your own childhood may show up in your parenting. You know becoming a parent will change you, and you want to enter that shift intentionally.
A lot of the focus during pregnancy is on preparing for the baby—what you’ll need, what to expect, how things will work day to day.
There’s often less space to think about what parenting will actually feel like in those early moments—how you’ll respond when your baby needs you, how you’ll make sense of what’s happening, and how you want to show up in it.
This is a place for those conversations—to slow down, talk things through, and begin preparing for the emotional side of parenting in a way that feels grounded and real.

After your baby arrives, those questions often become more immediate.
You’re getting to know your baby, figuring out what they need, and finding your way through moments that don’t always make sense right away.
The early days can feel heavier than you expected, even when things are going well.
This is a place to keep making sense of those early experiences as they unfold, and to begin finding your footing in them.
Ways to Work Together

Some families choose to meet periodically during pregnancy as a way to prepare for the transition into parenthood. These sessions create space to think through what parenting might feel like and how you want to approach those early moments.
