Thoughtful, individualized support
for caregivers and families
At Baby and Me, I believe that all caregivers deserve support. My services—detailed below—are designed to be fully customizable and tailored to meet the unique needs of every family, ensuring that you receive the care and guidance that best fits your situation.
Parenting Partner: Pregnancy & Postpartum
Becoming a parent often brings uncertainty, mixed emotions, and questions that don’t always have clear answers — even when things look “fine” on the outside, and even when you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do.

This service offers one-on-one relational support through pregnancy and the early postpartum period, helping parents slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and strengthen early connections with their baby and themselves — so they don’t have to navigate this transition alone.
Parent and
Family Support
Sessions are shaped by your child, your relationship, and the moments that feel hardest to navigate. This work offers a dedicated, reflective space to slow down, process big emotions, and make sense of everyday family life.

Support focuses on helping you better understand what’s happening — beneath behavior, big feelings, and daily challenges — so responses feel more connected, sustainable, and aligned with your values as a parent.
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation
IECMHC provides ongoing support for early childhood programs—and any setting working with young children. Our process includes observation, screenings, reflective practice, collaborative meetings, goal setting, coaching, referrals, modeling, and psychoeducation.
Regular, continuous consultations ensure best practices that foster sustained growth. This collaborative framework equips caregivers and professionals with essential tools to promote young children’s emotional well-being and healthy development.
Reflective Supervision/
Consultation (RS/C)
Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RS/C) offers practitioners a protected space to slow down, think together, and tend to the emotional and relational impact of working with young children and families.

This work is often intimate, complex, and emotionally charged. RS/C supports practitioners in making sense of their experiences — not to evaluate or fix their work, but to strengthen self-awareness, reduce isolation and burnout, and support sustainable, relational practice.

Baby and Me provides reflective consultation as an independent provider, offering a non-evaluative, non-supervisory reflective space.
