Frequently
Asked Questions
What Kind of Support Do You Offer?
I support your emotional well-being as a parent and your relationship with your child. That might include:
Coping with anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm
Understanding your baby’s cues and behaviors
Navigating sleep, feeding, or development changes
Processing birth trauma or postpartum challenges
Strengthening your bond during tough moments
What Makes Baby and Me Different From Therapy?
This isn’t traditional therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness, but I do offer emotional and relational support. Think of it as a trusted companion who understands the messy, meaningful early years of parenting.
What If I'm Struggling With Postpartum Depression Or Anxiety?
You are not alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk through what you’re experiencing and find ways to reconnect—with yourself, your baby, and your support system.

My baby cries a lot / won’t sleep / is hard to soothe—can you help?
Yes. We’ll explore what your baby might be trying to tell you, and I’ll help you find ways to respond that feel doable, compassionate, and effective.
Unlike other "methods" or "products," we'll navigate this together. You know your child best, I'll support that relationship and ensure individualized care.
